Student housing is where we started, and it remains the core of what we do. But the same search — understanding a situation, finding the right home, checking the lease before anyone signs — works just as well for other people arriving in Madrid: families relocating for work, institutions sending staff, and families choosing to buy rather than rent. Here is how each is supported.
Students
Undergraduates and master’s students arriving from abroad, for a semester or several years.
Shared apartments, student residences and host families. We start from the school, the budget and the way the student actually lives, then present the file to owners whose expectations match. Support in English, French and Spanish.

Parents settling a child in Madrid, and adults moving here for work or for a period of study.
The same search, with the questions adults ask: who signs the lease, where the deposit is held, what the real monthly cost is, and what happens if something goes wrong. The lease is read and checked before signature.

Universities, research institutes, schools and employers sending researchers, doctoral candidates or staff to Madrid.
Medium-term stays are their own market: few offers, tight deadlines, and an invoice that has to be issued in the right name for the funding to be released. We handle the search, the paperwork and the arrival, and we invoice accordingly.
